There’s room for your furry companions here at Briarwood II!

  • Limit 2 pets per apartment

  • $45/month fee for 1 pet, $60/month for two pets

  • $450 non-refundable fee for one pet, $600 for two pets

  • Cats, small and medium dog breeds (not greater than 35lbs as an adult)

  • Pets must be housebroken (all pets), spayed/neutered (all pets), and current on vaccinations (dogs)
